Shipping Policy
  • Live shipments must be received immediately upon delivery! If you are not home to receive your shipment on its first delivery attempt, this guarantee is void.

  • You must accept shipments sent to you under any and all circumstances. You will be held responsible for the costs of the refused shipment. If there is any damage noted to the exterior of a delivered package, immediately report the damage to the delivery person. Failure to report damage at the time of delivery may void this guarantee. You must handle all delay and/or damage claims directly with the courier company.

  • If a shipment arrives late you will have to open a claim with the shipping company.​​​

Cancellation Policy
  • Orders that have been placed (shipping or pickup) will be charged a 30% restocking fee since some fish are in high demand and lose the opportunity of being sold to someone else within that time frame.

  • Orders that have been placed and scheduled for shipment are not available for edits or changes.

DOA Policy
  • In the event that you have a DOA (dead on arrival), notify us immediately! Do not discard any livestock without contacting us and receiving confirmation to do so.

  • We will need a video clearly showing you opening the box with the fish dead inside the original packaging (no video voids our guarantee since there is no proof of fish arriving dead).

​

  • Once you have added the fish to your tank or taken the fish out from the original packaging, we are not responsible for any loss.
